TIME 4 U Estate is located on 2.5 acres of private, lush, tropical grounds in Naples, Florida, 25 minutes from downtown Naples and 20 minutes from the closest beach (Vanderbilt Beach, which has beach-adjacent parking). The estate address will be shared with you one week prior to your visit.

Our starting cost per night is $1,500. Holiday weekends are slightly more. Holiday rates vary based on the season and demand. Note: State and local taxes are applied at 12 percent, and there is a cleaning fee of $350 per week. (Prices subject to change without notice.)

There is no cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation 30 days prior to your check-in date. All cancellations that occur less than 30 days from your check-in date will incur a 100% nightly fee charge, regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

TIME 4 U Estate sleeps 10 total guests. There are three bedrooms (one king bed, one queen bed, and two full-over-queen bunk beds) and two full baths.

There’s an Olympic-size heated lap pool, a Catalina six-person hot tub, a SportScape tennis court, two pickleball courts, a ½ basketball court, a fire pit and a golf cart, not to mention a wraparound porch with plenty of places to gather and an outdoor kitchen with a grill, bar and two hammocks. We also offer up beach supplies (an umbrella, coolers, beach towels and a wagon), sports gear (tennis and pickleball racquets plus ping pong paddles and balls), and a fun selection of games (croquet, bocce ball, corn hole, board games, Laser Tag, Giant Jenga and cards).

Yes. A down payment of half of your total bill is required to reserve your stay, and we will keep your credit card on file for the final payment that will be charged 30 days prior to check-in. If your reservation is made 30 days or less from your check-in date, 100% of your fee will be charged, including state/local taxes, a $1,500 security deposit, and a $350 cleaning fee. Yes! Guests are welcome to stay up to 3 months at a time.

Unfortunately we cannot host weddings or big events at the estate at this time. You are welcome to inquire about intimate dinner parties, film shoots and retreats.

Of course. We welcome your friends and extended family members to enjoy the estate and all its amenities. However, all guests must be pre-approved by your host or Concierge, follow the estate rules and sign a waiver of liability. No more than 10 additional guests are allowed at any given time and they are not allowed to spend the night.

We currently do not allow pets. Goldfish are OK!

Yes. The owners live on the property in a separate building. The owners are like your own Concierge, there to answer any questions or attend to any needs. TIME 4 U Estate guests get first access to all of the property’s amenities and as much privacy as they desire.

We do not supply food, but we do provide plenty of spices, condiments, pots and pans, dishes, serving platters, cooking utensils and silverware for you to use to cook and serve your own meals. We also offer a panini-maker, a Nutribullet, a Vitamix blender and a slow cooker.

Of course—just let your host know ahead of time if you plan on having the groceries arrive right when you do. That way we can be there in case you are running late. Instacart is the most popular grocery delivery service in the area.

We have a Keurig with a coffee pot attachment. We fully stock our coffee bar with K-Cups so there should be enough coffee for your entire stay. We will have creamer and sugar stocked as well. If you would like to bring your own coffee, you are welcome to bring either grounds or Keurig K-Cup pods.

We offer the Red Flower brand of body wash (exclusive to the TIME 4 U Estate), shampoo, conditioner, and the same body lotion that is found at the Virgin Hotels—all complimentary. And all bathrooms are fully stocked with high-quality towels and unisex robes. We even supply you with beach towels, beach supplies, sunblock, umbrellas, and a beach cart and coolers to make your days at the beach hassle-free. Vanderbilt beach is the closest public beach. Seed to Table is a wonderful grocery store nearby that hosts wine tasting nights, live music and even salsa nights! For shopping and fine dining, Fifth Avenue is where it’s at. Three of our favorite restaurants there are Hob Nob, Del Mar and Molto. Also nearby are numerous public golf courses, the Naples Botanical Gardens and the Naples Zoo. Once you have booked your stay, we will send you a welcome packet that includes a list of our favorite local attractions.
