A ‘bareboat charter’ is an arrangement for the chartering or hiring of a ship or boat, whereby no crew or provisions are included as part of the agreement. Instead, the people who rent the vessel from the owner are responsible for taking care of such things. TIME 4 U operates as a bareboat charter, but we ensure that the process is seamless and easy by sending step-by-step directions on how to select and secure your crew, and by providing introductions to the awesome caterers and alcohol delivery services that we are partnered with.

Time 4 U Yacht is a 72-foot Galeon 2020 FLY yacht with four staterooms, three heads (bathrooms), a salon (living room area) with a large-screen TV, a dining area and a fully stocked galley (kitchen). The bow and aft of the boat offer expansive outdoor seating as well. The flybridge has two seating areas, a large sun pad and full bar area. There are six total beds (sleeps eight) and the capacity is 12 people.

The TIME 4 U Yacht embarks from Marco Island, Florida, which is only 35 minutes from Naples, Florida. Marina details will be shared at the time of your booking. Arrangements can also be made for pickups from City Dock in Naples upon request. (Note: The yacht can only pick up 6 guests from City Dock. If your party is larger than 6 people, you will need to depart from our primary marina.) Our most common day trips include touring the Port Royal Canals, anchoring off Keewaydin Island, or a day spent exploring the Ten Thousand Islands. For overnight charters, it’s fun to head to Panther Key, Key West, Sanibel, Captiva Island or Fort Myers.

All cancellations must occur 14 days or more prior to your departure date on the yacht. All cancellations that occur within that 14-day window will incur a 100% charge of your bareboat rental fee. Cancellation less than 14 days from your departure date may also incur crew cancellation fees, but this is between you and your crew.

Please fill out the inquiry form on our website (time4Unaples.com) under ‘Concierge.’ Once we determine the duration of your charter, we will send you a quote. When you have approved the quote, you will be required to sign our bareboat charter contract and make a down payment.

Your TIME 4 U Concierge will personally book your private yacht charter for you by the hour/day. You can bring up to 12 passengers. Your captain will plan the itinerary with you and answer any questions prior to departure. We can help connect you to a private chef if interested or you can bring your own food and alcohol. During the charter, your steward will serve any food and drinks that you bring aboard. All you have to do is sit back, relax and enjoy your day on the yacht!

Our charter season is all year long. During the summer months it tends to rain later in the day, so we encourage guests to book earlier in the day from June through October.

Of course! The Gulf of Mexico is known for not only its beautiful white sand beaches but also its warm, intoxicating waters. TIME 4 U Yacht has a spacious swim platform that is lowered into the warm waters and is ideal for jumping in or lounging. We also provide an 18-foot floating mat that can accommodate eight adults, two inflatable kayaks and two inflatable paddle boards for your enjoyment. Please reach out to your captain prior to your departure date if you are interested in getting into the water. That way your captain can plan a proper itinerary and prepare the kayaks and paddle boards before your arrival. The captain has the final say if the weather conditions are not safe for swimming or other water activities.

If you were satisfied with your captain and steward service, a 20% gratuity is standard—and greatly appreciated by your crew!

We do not, but we are partnered up with some of our favorite private chefs and alcohol delivery services—and we’d be happy to connect you to them. We do provide water, soda, ice and beach towels. Don’t forget your favorite music playlist as we have Bluetooth capabilities available as well.

You should bring your own alcohol, food, music and anything else that might help you make the most of your day(s) on the water. We have a helpful checklist that we send to all of our guests so that no one forgets anything.
